Le poste de Viatris Santé - Technicien Assurance Qualité H/F



Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Adjoint Assurance Qualité Produit, vous assurez la gestion de l'activité qualité produits dans le respect des référentiels qualité en vigueur.

Vos missions sont les suivantes :

* Effectuer le traitement des réclamations clients relatives à la qualité du produit : réception, enregistrement, suivi des échantillons incriminés, analyse de la réclamation, réponse au client, suivi des actions correctives,
* Récupérer la documentation qualité auprès de nos fournisseurs et réceptionner des échantillons,
* Assurer le reporting et suivi des indicateurs relatifs à son activité,
* Suppléer les Pharmaciens Assurance Qualité Produit dans certaines tâches administratives (formulaires, demandes achat, demandes d'échantillon, demandes d'analyse).

Vous pourrez également être amené à effectuer d'autres activités en fonction de la charge de travail du Service Assurance Qualité Produit.

Le profil recherché

De formation Bac +2 minimum (DUT ou licence professionnelle) dans le domaine technique ou scientifique, vous bénéficiez d'une expérience d'au moins un an, en industrie pharmaceutique ou chimique, au sein d'un Service Qualité.

Vous êtes organisé, rigoureux, fiable et aimez travailler en équipe. Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) et avez de bonnes compétences rédactionnelles. Enfin, vous avez un bon niveau d'anglais.
