Are you interested in developing your career in an exciting, fast-paced, supportive culture while also feeling part of a collaborative, diverse community?As a new business Sales Manager, you will manage a team of sales representatives who identify and qualify opportunities for new business sales. They will sell NetSuite’s business applications within France, present the customer with solutions through strategic selling, effective negotiation, and management of the client relationship. This role will include:·
Reporting to the NetSuite Senior Sales Director
·
Managing a team of French sales reps based in France ·
Recruiting, training, and restructuring the team to ensure the best results·
Be held accountable to a revenue target for France ·
Hold of proven track record of managing a team of successful sales reps within a direct new business environment ·
Developing and implementation a comprehensive sales strategy to maximise NetSuite’s opportunities across a range of product lines and services directly or via partners for small to medium sized businesses·
Exhibit credibility when managing internal and external stakeholders, as well as customers ·
Assist with identifying and building strong relationships with customers to facilitate the reps sales process ·
Proven track record of executive sales successes and influencing complex deals ·
