Notre client est un grand groupe international, spécialisé dans le secteur de l'environnement. L'entreprise est reconnue pour son engagement dans l'innovation technologique et la transformation numérique. Le groupe compte plus de 40 000 collaborateurs dans le monde et a une DSI de 400 collaborateurs en interne. Le poste est basé à La Défense et il y a 2 jours de télétravail / semaine. Au sein de la Direction Business Partners de la DSI Groupe, l'équipe Applications Siège assure la continuité et l'évolution des solutions clés, en lien direct avec les métiers. En tant qu'IT Project Manager and Digital Delivery H/F, vous pilotez les projets et digitaux liés aux applications des équipes Innovation, Communication, Juridique, Risques, Contrôle interne... Vous gérez des projets run (60%) et build (40%), en lien par exemple avec l'intranet, les sites internet du groupe, la plateforme dédiée aux appels à projets... Ils sont sur le CMS Sitecore. Vous garantissez la disponibilité et la performance des applications et coordonnez les acteurs internes (infrastructures, MOA) comme externes (éditeurs). En parallèle, vous êtes l'interlocuteur principal pour les prestataires, la TMA, les éditeurs et les équipes support. Vous suivez les incidents, supervisez les correctifs et mises à jour, et assurez la stabilité et la continuité des systèmes en production. Aussi, vous pilotez la mise en uvre de nouvelles solutions et l'évolution des systèmes existants, en collaboration avec les métiers. Vous coordonnez les intervenants internes / externes, assurez la qualité des livrables, identifiez les risques et mettez en place des plans d'atténuation. Votre rôle est essentiel pour accompagner la transformation digitale du Groupe et soutenir ses ambitions stratégiques. Le profil recherché : * Être diplômé(e) d'une formation supérieure en informatique, ingénierie ou équivalent ; * Avoir une expérience avérée en gestion de projets applicatifs liés aux équipes communication, juridique, contrôle interne... ; * Maîtriser les outils de gestion de projets et les méthodologies agiles ; * Posséder de solides compétences en communication et en coordination ; * Avoir déjà travaillé sur un CMS ou sur des applications qui sont sur unCMS ; * Une certification en gestion de projets (PMP, Prince2, etc.) serait un atout.
