VOS MISSIONS


Au sein du service Marketing Innovation, vous travaillez sur des projets stratégiques en collaboration avec les équipes marketing et R&D.


Vos principales missions consistent à :


  • Coordonner toutes les activités nécessaires au bon déroulement d'un projet d'innovation depuis sa genèse jusqu'à la réalisation d'un démonstrateur (Proof Of Concept).
  • Piloter toutes les phases Projet liées aux activités marketing et / ou techniques nécessaires à la définition et à la réalisation d'un démonstrateur.
  • Être responsable du reporting et de l'atteinte des objectifs des projets.
  • Participer aux comités normatifs en lien avec les activités d'innovation.
  • Gérer les partenariats de développement ou stratégiques.
  • Travailler sur les processus liés aux projets d'innovation.


Profil requis :


De formation BAC +5 en marketing avec idéalement, une affinité pour le domaine de l’électrotechnique / électronique, vous disposez d’une expérience confirmée d’au moins 8 ans sur un poste similaire dans le marketing B2B et dans les ventes complexes (marketing d’offre et de canal).

Vous avez une bonne connaissance du domaine de l’énergie électrique.


Vous possédez des compétences dans les domaines suivants :

  • Project management (pilotage et suivi projets de développement ou normatifs),
  • Marketing (maîtrise de l'écoute client, business models, proposition de valeur, ciblage, pricing, …),
  • Finance (coût des projets, business plans, …).

Evoluant dans un contexte international, la maîtrise de l’anglais est indispensable.

Un déplacement par mois est à prévoir.

Dynamique et force de proposition, vous faîtes preuve de rigueur dans la gestion des projets et des processus.

Vous possédez un esprit d’équipe, un sens de la persuasion et votre aisance relationnelle facilitera vos échanges.
