Manpower CONSTRUCTION PARIS recherche pour son client, un acteur du secteur du BTP, un Contract manager / Projet BTP (H/F)


Missions principales :


  • Suivi contractuel du projet
  • Rédaction des courriers destinés à borner les limites de l’exécution du contrat et réserves aux ordres de services émis par le client
  • Gérer les contrats de sous-traitance
  • Etablissement des demandes de règlements complémentaires et mémoire de réclamation
  • Participer à l’établissement et au suivi du planning
  • Participer à l’établissement et au suivi des constats avec le client et les fournisseurs
  • Mise en place des documents et plan de suivi contractuel
  • Suivi du programme d’assurance du projet, coordination des sinistres en lien avec le service juridique, courtier et assureur
  • ​Gestion de la matrice des risques
  • Participation à la mise à jour et au suivi de la matrice des risques
  • Participation, sur demande du directeur de projet, aux réunions risques
  • Gestion financière du projet
  • Participation à l’établissement des documents de décomptes provisoires/acomptes mensuels avec le client
  • Suivi des prix nouveaux et avenants
  • Participation à l’établissement et au suivi du budget (recette)
  • Appui au service juridique
  • Participation à la rédaction des contrats type de la division fondations (Contrats de sous-traitance, contrat de location de matériel, contrat
  • Appui sur des dossiers de contentieux et sinistres

- Participer à la gestion contractuelle et aux réclamations sur les grands projets

- Participer aux différentes missions du service juridique


Déplacement régulier sur chantiers en Ile de France

Le profil

Formation juridique supérieure (M1 ou M2) ou formation d’ingénieur

​

Savoirs

- Contrats types (cotraitance, sous-traitance,…)

- Normes contractuelles générales (marchés privés_Nfp 03-001, marché public_CCAG, code des marchés publics, loi Mop – Syntec)

- Polices d’assurance
