La Direction juridique recherche un Alternant Juriste (H/F) dans le cadre d'un contrat d'alternance.
Plus précisément, vous :
- Effectuerez du conseil juridique, de la rédaction de notes et de contrats (accords de confidentialité, partenariats, accords commerciaux et prestations de service, suivi de projets, accords de financement... etc.), ainsi que des recherches ponctuelles et ce, aussi bien pour le marché français que sur le plan international.
- Participerez à la négociation de contrats de projet, contrats de financement et prendrez une part active dans la rédaction et la mise à jour de nos templates.
Candidate Profile
Préparant un Master droit des affaires, droit international ou droit des contrats
Le/la candidat(e) devra maîtriser parfaitement le français et l'anglais.
Une expérience significative de 6 mois en entreprise ou en cabinet d'avocats est requise.
Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) et des bases de données juridiques est impérative.
