Le poste de IT SAP Project Manager - Imerys H/F



Responsabilités et fonctions :

* Vous êtes responsable de l'intégration et de la maintenance des applications et logiciels,
* Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les utilisateurs pour les aider à formuler et définir la portée du système, les objectifs, les exigences commerciales, les cas d'utilisation et les règles commerciales basées sur les besoins des clients. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les ressources interdépartementales pour établir les meilleures pratiques, les priorités de projet et maintenir la gouvernance du système,
* Vous surveillez l'avancement des projets et allouez les ressources nécessaires pour garantir l'achèvement réussi en utilisant au mieux les ressources disponibles,
* Vous fournissez une formation et un soutien aux utilisateurs finaux et élaborez un plan de projet pour les mises en oeuvre,
* Vous identifiez des besoins en ressources et affectation de consultants au projet,
* Vous suivez la performance des tâches du projet. Vous gérez l'accès et la gestion des risques,
* Vous veuillez à ce que les livrables du projet soient complétés dans les délais impartis. Vous anticipez les problèmes ou conditions susceptibles d'impact sur l'estimation initiale ou le budget du projet,
* Vous examinez et compilez les rapports et dépenses des consultants,
* Vous préparez des rapports d'activité de projet en temps opportun.

Le profil recherché

Qualifications et expérience :

  • Master en génie logiciel, informatique ou autres domaines connexes minimum,
  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience associée en Chefferie de Projet Implémentation ERP,
  • Expérience dans la mise en oeuvre d'ERP, de préférence SAP,
  • Des connaissances de SAP Public Cloud (futur ERP à intégrer) sont un plus.

Actuellement au service principalement des marchés du papier et du carton, la nouvelle entreprise utilisera son empreinte mondiale, ses actifs uniques et son savoir-faire de longue date pour développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et encourager l'innovation. Avec un CA annuel d'environ 350 millions d'euros en 2023, cette activité emploiera environ 1000 employés.
