An exciting opportunity opens up in France for an: Apprentice International Mobility. This position will be based in Rueil-Malmaison (92) and home office.
Here is the start of your adventure at Aptar :
Supporting the Group's International Mobility Sr. Manager, you will be responsible for :
- Initiating international mobility (choice of the right type of mobility, building cost estimates, highlighting potential tax and social issues)
- Managing the international mobility day-to-day (preparation of Assignment and extension letters or offer letters, package updates, payroll instructions to home and host countries)
- Managing external service providers, in particular coordinating arrival and departure formalities (accommodation, moving, social security, tax, immigration, …)
- Managing the re-invoicing of costs to Aptar’s different entities
- Monitor any tax and employment law changes in the international mobility area.
- Participating in the management of French RSU/PSU share plan and French stock option plans (budget preparation, payroll instructions for employer contributions, monitoring tables (departures, arrivals), annual review and sending of tax memorandum.
Our future colleague :
- Degree – Bac +4 / +5 in law, HR or business school.
- Duration : 1 or 2 years (preferably 2).
- Professional and personal skills : Practice of Pack Office. Team spirit, rigor and good communication skills & ability to work in an international environment. Fluent in English.
