Contexte :
Visian, nous sommes une société de conseil spécialisée en innovation, design produit, gestion de projet IT et développement Data. Nous recherchons actuellement un Business Analyst pour rejoindre notre équipe. Ce poste vous permettra de travailler pour un client du secteur bancaire, une industrie en constante évolution.
Vos principales missions :
- Recueil des besoins auprès des utilisateurs ;
- Animation d'ateliers utilisateurs ;
- Découpage et rédaction des User stories ;
- Animation des cérémonies Agile ;
- Test et validation pour assurer la qualité des fonctionnalités livrées ;
- Assurer la qualité et la cohérence des fonctionnalités délivrées en production ;
- Garantir une progression fluide et transparente à chaque étape du projet ;
- Conduite du changement (rédaction des manuels utilisateurs...).
Profil recherché :
- Diplômé.e d'un Bac+5 (écoles d'ingénieur, universités, écoles de commerce).
- Vous avez entre 4 et 8 ans d'expérience en tant que Business Analyst IT
- Une première expérience dans le domaine bancaire est appréciée.
- Compétences techniques souhaitées : Angular 10, Github, Jira, Jenkins, Camunda, API
- Anglais opérationnel
