Context:

Implementation of the e-invoicing project
Mission:
Your responsibilities are based on the following activities and require skills as a finance business analyst and project management.
Scope of cost control
Gather business needs in order to extend the use of the application to new types of costs
Identify the data flows to be implemented for each new type of cost
Assist the business in the configuration of the software
Coordinate actions with the actors involved (IT teams, business teams, publisher)
Perform tests with business teams
Ensure proper operation at start-up
Scope of the e-invoicing project (in conjunction with the group's teams in charge of this project)
Analyze the regulatory need and define the impacts on the systems used for the management of supplier and customer invoices
Identify the specific impacts for processes and establish the work plan to adapt them
Specify the changes to be made to the systems (applications) and participate with the project team
in the interface and data exchange work
Establish a schedule
Monitor the implementation and test the solution
Report to the project teams on the progress of the foreign exchange action plans and the delivery
of adaptations
Ensure proper operation at start-up
Skills
Strong business analysis skills and ability to understand user needs
Mastery of business process analysis techniques
Appetite for problem solving
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Team player and ability to work in a collaborative environment and very good communication
Good understanding of technical concepts and application architecture
Experience using business analytics tools such as flowchart s, use case diagrams, etc.
Mastery of corporate financial processes (cost control and accounting)
Very good level of written and spoken English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a process modeling tool
Experiment
Mandatory experience as a business analyst on IT projects in the finance sector
If possible, knowledge of the aviation sector (airline)
