We are seeking a Subsea Engineering Specialist to join our team at the Saint-Herblain site near Nantes. Join a dynamic team : Within our Technical Department, you will join a team specialized in dimensioning review of umbilicals, rigid and flexible pipelines for oil exploration, and submarine electrical cables for floating and fixed offshore wind. Your Main Missions : - Dimensioning Review : You will examine dimensioning reports and verify the conformity of these technologies against current standards. - Qualification Validation and Monitoring of New Technologies : You will support our clients in developing test programs and their realization. - Audit : You will regularly participate in in-depth examinations of manufacturing processes for pipelines and cables in various factories, ensuring compliance of implemented manufacturing methods. - Independent Calculation : You will perform independent global and/or local analysis calculations for pipelines and subsea power cables. - Compliance Certificate Drafting : You will draft compliance certificates for these technologies, ensuring their conformity with current standards. - Technical Support : You will provide technical support to our internal network, including operational and commercial teams. Through your participation in large-scale and innovative projects, you will contribute to the adoption of more sustainable maritime technologies and the reduction of the environmental impact of the maritime industry as a whole.Your Assets for Success : - You demonstrate rigor, strong team spirit, autonomy, and analytical and synthesis capabilities. - Your mastery of English allows you to communicate effectively with our clients, teams, and international network. - You are proficient in computer tools and demonstrate good writing and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus. - Knowledge of Flexcom, Orcaflex, Deeplines software is a plus. - Knowledge of Python programming language is a plus. - You are also ready to make regular international travel.
