En postulant à cette offre, vous aurez l'opportunité de rejoindre un institut de recherche de premier plan, mondialement reconnu pour son excellence dans le domaine de la santé et des sciences de la vie. Ils sont à la recherche d'un(e) Chercheur(se) post-doctorant(e) en biologie translationnelle pour intégrer une équipe internationale basée à Paris. L'objectif sera de mener des recherches de pointe sur les lésions et la réparation rénales afin de découvrir de nouvelles thérapies pour les patients souffrant de maladies rénales chroniques. Vos missions si vous les acceptez : - Mener des travaux de recherche originaux sur les mécanismes des pathologies rénales. - Mettre en oeuvre des techniques de biologie cellulaire, de génomique et de protéomique. - Étudier le métabolisme cellulaire et piloter des modèles précliniques.Utiliser des outils de microscopie avancée (confocale, super-résolution ou hyperplexe). - Analyser les données via des logiciels spécialisés (Fiji, Image J, QPath) et potentiellement via du codage (R ou Python). - Collaborer activement au sein d'une équipe multidisciplinaire et internationale. - Participer à la diffusion des résultats via des publications et des conférences. Des conditions de travail au sein d'un écosystème de recherche d'excellence à Paris.Et vous ? - Vous êtes titulaire d'un Doctorat (PhD) avec 0 à 5 ans d'expérience post-doctorale. - Vous êtes issu(e) d'un parcours d'excellence (Top 20 écoles d'ingénieurs ou Doctorat de renom). - Vous possédez une expertise confirmée en biologie moléculaire (extraction d'ARN, Rt-qPCR, séquençage). - Vous maîtrisez les techniques d'étude des protéines (Western blots, immunofluorescence, protéomique). - Vous avez une expérience pratique de la cytométrie en flux (FACS). - Vous avez déjà travaillé sur des modèles précliniques. - Vous parlez un anglais professionnel courant. - Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre motivation, votre autonomie et votre esprit collaboratif.
