Are you a music enthusiast with a passion for discovering new talent and curating captivating playlists? Feuas, a groundbreaking fragrance brand, is seeking a Head of Music to spearhead our music initiatives on a 2% equity basis.


Role Overview:


As the Head of Music, you will lead our "Spotlight" feature on our website, showcasing emerging musical talents from France and around the globe. Your primary responsibilities will include researching and discovering new acts, reaching out for interviews, and curating engaging content for our audience. Additionally, you will curate our Spotify presence and define our brand's musical identity.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and research new and up-and-coming musical talent.
  • Reach out to artists via email and schedule interviews over email or Zoom.
  • Conduct interviews and generate compelling content for our "Spotlight" feature.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Social Media to promote music-related content.
  • Curate and manage Feuas' Spotify playlists to reflect our brand's identity.
  • Define and develop our brand's sound and music strategy.


Requirements:


  • A deep understanding of music trends and a passion for discovering new talent.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Ability to dedicate 1-2 hours daily to music curation and content creation.
  • Experience in music journalism, artist relations, or curation is preferred.
  • A cool and innovative mindset with an understanding of Gen Z culture.
