Notre client est une startup edtech & ai, dans le cadre de son développement auprès des entreprises et des écoles supérieures, notre client recrute un business developer confirmé, basé à Courbevoie. - Définition et pilotage de la stratégie d'acquisition - Concevoir la feuille de route marketing et identifier les leviers de croissance prioritaires. - Définir les indicateurs de performance clés pour mesurer l'efficacité des campagnes. - Collaborer avec la direction sur le positionnement de marque et la clarté du message. - Génération de leads et création de contenu - Déployer des campagnes d'outbound multicanales via le cold email et des séquences automatisées. - Organiser des événements digitaux réguliers et gérer la présence sur les salons professionnels. - Produire des supports à forte valeur ajoutée comme des cas clients, des articles ou des vidéos de démonstration. - Optimisation des processus et des outils Ops - Structurer et automatiser l'écosystème technique incluant HubSpot, Lemlist ou Waalaxy. - Assurer la gestion du site vitrine et l'enrichissement continu des bases de données prospects. - Garantir la fluidité du transfert des leads qualifiés vers les équipes commerciales. - Structuration du pôle - Documenter les processus pour transformer les tests réussis en méthodes scalables. - Assurer une veille technologique constante sur les outils d'automatisation et l'IA.Vous possédez une expérience confirmée de 3 à 5 ans, dont au moins 2 ans sur des fonctions growth au sein d'un environnement SaaS B2B. Véritable builder, vous avez déjà structuré une stratégie d'acquisition de zéro dans une startup et maîtrisez parfaitement les outils de prospection et de CRM. Vous êtes à l'aise avec la création de contenus variés et appréciez les interventions publiques (webinaires, vidéos). Une affinité pour le secteur de l'éducation ou des ressources humaines est un plus.
