Gentis est une entreprise belge de recrutement basée à Bruxelles, fournissant des solutions de recrutement permanent ainsi que des solutions de sourcing de projets à l'échelle mondiale dans divers secteurs. Notre client est une prestigieuse banque internationale à la recherche d'un nouveau Compliance Manager en CDI, basé à Paris.


Vos missions principales seront les suivantes :


Fonction AML-CTF, Sanctions & Embargos Groupe


1. Suivre les changements dans les réglementations européennes et locales affectant toutes les entités du groupe soumises à régulation, en collaboration avec les acteurs concernés. Cela inclut les domaines de l'AML-CTF, des Sanctions & Embargos, ainsi que des services de paiement et de monnaie électronique, en particulier en ce qui concerne les conditions d'assujettissement et les exemptions.


2. Effectuer et formaliser des analyses de divergence dues aux modifications internes, légales et réglementaires.


3. Diriger les initiatives de développement et d'adaptation des outils du groupe pour assurer leur conformité, et soutenir les Business Units dans leur application pratique.


4. Créer, améliorer et promouvoir le système de procédures et de documentation au niveau du groupe, incluant les politiques internes et les guides.


5. Collaborer avec le Contrôle interne et l'Audit interne pour garantir l'application efficace de ces procédures.


6. Détecter les risques de blanchiment de capitaux et de financement du terrorisme au sein du groupe et vérifier leur évaluation adéquate sur les différents produits et régions.


7. Organiser des formations régulières et des sessions de sensibilisation pour les employés et les filiales du groupe, notamment par des communications fréquentes.


8. Superviser l'amélioration continue des mécanismes de AML-CTF, Sanctions & Embargos.


9. Participer à l'élargissement de la fonction et de la culture de conformité au sein du groupe, en coordination avec l'équipe Risques et Conformité.

Le poste requiert une forte capacité d'adaptation à un environnement très dynamique et spécifique, avec des portefeuilles composés de produits régulés (e-money et services de paiement) et non-régulés, pour lesquels les enjeux diffèrent, ainsi que des géographies multiples.


VOTRE PROFIL

Bac +5 ou école de commerce, spécialité droit pénal international et des affaires, droit pénal de l'entreprise et compliance ou Conformité bancaire et contrôle interne des risques.


Expériences souhaitées :

  1. Expérience significative d'au moins 4 / 5 ans en cabinet de conseil et/ou équipes conformité bancaires sur des projets de mise en conformité, de déploiement et d'évaluation de dispositifs de contrôles (Fonctions Risques, Conformité, AML, KYC, Anti-corruption, Sanctions & Embargo, etc.)
