Venez donner vie à la qualité et la sécurité, durablement.Au sein de l'équipe RH centrale (15 coll) vous prenez en charge un périmètre opérationnel de la fonction RH.Vous êtes stimulé par un poste visant à décliner la stratégie RH globale auprès des opérationnels sur l'ensemble des pans du cycle RH (recrutement et talent review, Compensation and Benefits, organisation et temps de travail, disciplinaire et contentieux, formation...) en travaillant de concert avec les pôles d'expertise RH centraux.
De formation supérieure RH idéalement Master II, vous avez une 1ère expérience réussie sur un poste très opérationnel idéalement en multisites et impérativement en milieu international.Votre connaissance des environnements industriels et/ou prestations à forte valeur ajoutée et votre capacité à porter le changement dans un environnement rythmé par les processus tout en travaillant en proximité avec le terrain seront des atouts précieux pour évoluer avec aisance sur ce poste.Vous avez une forte orientation business, savez gérer la pression et délivrer rapidement. Une forte sensibilité aux outils digitaux et ERP sera appréciée.
