Nous avons besoin d'un(e) Consultant en Recrutement IT qui déchire pour rejoindre notre équipe à Lyon. Depuis plus de 17 ans nous sommes à la pointe du recrutement IT et la mise à disposition de consultants SAP, Web, Microsoft, Data, Salesforce et Infrastructure pour accompagner nos clients sur leurs projets internationaux en Europe et aux États-Unis.


Nous sommes en pleine croissance et avons doublé de volume sur les 2 dernières années, et nous ne comptons pas nous arrêter là. Roulement de tambour…

Nous recherchons un talent capable de prendre en charge le recrutement de profils IT pour nos clients en collaboration avec l'équipe commerciale.


Vos missions incluront:

  • La gestion des cycles de recrutement de bout en bout, de la recherche de nouveaux candidats à la clôture des processus de recrutement, pour des postes de débutants à des postes de haut niveau dans le domaine de la technologie.
  • La mise en oeuvre de vos propres processus de recrutement et de l'établissement de relations solides et durables, en créant votre propre réseau à Lyon et sur le marché Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.
  • L'attraction et la signature des meilleurs talents IT du marché pour nos clients en assurant l'adéquation des profils au besoins du client.
  • Le suivi des candidats pendant le processus de recrutement en les aidant à appliquer les bonnes pratiques, et être leur Go-To-Person lorsqu'ils ont besoin de vous, en leur offrant la meilleur expérience candidat.
  • La publication de nos offres via différents outils, qu'il s'agisse de Jobboards dédiés ou LinkedIn.


Ce que nous attendons de vous:

  • Une expérience réussie d'au moins 2 ans en ESN.
  • Une aisance relationnelle développée, tant avec les clients et les consultants qu'avec les équipes internes.
  • Une parfaite maîtrise de l'industrie du recrutement IT.
