About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT/Business Developer Consultant to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing, animating, and maintaining a portfolio of contacts and candidates in the IT sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and approach high-level decision-makers in various industries to identify potential business opportunities and projects.
- Analyze the needs and challenges of your clients and provide tailored advice on how to meet their recruitment needs.
- Develop and implement personalized recruitment plans to meet the expectations of your clients.
- Identify and meet with IT candidates on a daily basis to understand their career aspirations and provide guidance on their career choices.
- Work closely with clients to recruit top talent and provide coaching to candidates to ensure a smooth integration into their new roles.
Requirements:
- Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a commercial field (Bac +5).
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a recruitment agency, preferably in the IT sector.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and perseverance.
