Job Description:

In a context of continuous growth Oris is seeking a 9 months fixed-term contract to strengthen the HR department. You will be responsible for the recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions to preparing employment contracts, onboarding, and handling administrative formalities for future french and foreign employees. Being focused on recruitment you will be able also to assist the HR Manager with HR generalist projects and administrative tasks:


Main Responsibilities:

Recruitment: 

  • Defining needs with managers 
  • Managing the annual budget 
  • Writing and publishing job advertisements on various platforms
  • Hunting profiles on Linkedin
  • Carry out pre-qualifications and interviews
  • Follow up applications and candidates
  • Participating in recruitment decisions in collaboration with managers and the HR Manager
  • Continuously improving recruitment processes

Administration:

  • Carring out administrative documents for new hires (employment contracts, administrative files, etc.)
  • Managing administrative formalities for foreign employees (visas, work permits, etc.)
  • Following up and updating employee records
  • Monthly payroll
  • Structuring and optimising existing processes

Employer branding and on/off boarding: 

  • Creating onboarding support (videos, prezi, etc.)
  • Structuring the on/off boarding processes  
  • Updating the WTTJ showcase
  • Finding new ways to promote the employer brand
  • Organizing and monitoring the onboarding of new employees 

School relations: 

  • Setting up targeted school relationships
  • Finding relevant conferences and fairs
  • Establish relationships to promote the employment of interns and work-study students


Profile Sought:

  • Bachelor level in HR, Recruitment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English (minimum C1 level)
  • 3 years experience in recruitment on digital and civil engineering profiles
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Rigor, organization, and attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of IT tools (Office Suite, etc.)
  • Interest in the environment and commitment to sustainable development


Salary range : 25-35K + 10% annual bonus on individual goals
