Description

  • Tenir des registres détaillés de toutes les transactions financières, assurer la conformité avec les exigences réglementaires et maintenir la transparence dans les opérations du fonds.
  • Suivre en permanence les tendances du marché et les performances des biens immobiliers afin de fournir des informations précieuses lors des processus de prise de décision en matière d'investissement.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les institutions financières afin de garantir un financement approprié pour les acquisitions et les activités de refinancement, en tenant compte d'aspects tels que les taux d'intérêt, les conditions et la gestion des risques.
  • Élaborer des plans d'affaires complets assortis d'indicateurs clés de performance clairs afin de suivre les performances des actifs et des fonds immobiliers. Les revoir régulièrement pour s'assurer qu'ils sont alignés sur les objectifs d'investissement.
  • Maintenir des canaux de communication ouverts avec les différentes parties prenantes, telles que les gestionnaires d'actifs, les banques, les avocats, les auditeurs, les investisseurs institutionnels et le conseil d'administration. L'établissement de relations solides peut faciliter les opérations.
  • Se tenir informé des méthodologies et des facteurs clés qui influencent l'évaluation des biens immobiliers. Superviser le calcul précis de la valeur nette d'inventaire (VNI) afin de refléter la véritable performance des fonds.
  • Préparer des rapports réguliers pour les investisseurs institutionnels et les membres de la direction et du conseil d'administration. Les rapports doivent être clairs, concis et fournir une vue d'ensemble de la performance des fonds.

Profile

  • Au moins 5 à 7 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de l'administration des fonds immobiliers et des contrôles financiers.
  • Solide expérience en matière de contrôles financiers et d'administration
  • Diplôme Bac +3 minimum, certification financière de préférence
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais, bon niveau en français, l'allemand est un atout.
  • Excellente maîtrise de Word et d'Excel
  • Solides compétences en matière d'organisation et de planification
  • Souci du détail, rigueur et proactivité
  • Bonne capacité d'analyse et de synthèse d'informations complexes
  • Capacité à anticiper et à réagir rapidement à des circonstances changeantes
  • Capacité d'adaptation et flexibilité dans un environnement en évolution rapide
