Rattaché au Manager Technique, vous évoluerez au sein d'une équipe de développeurs (firmware & software embedded) et contribuerez activement à l'évolution des automates industriel. Vos principales missions : Concevoir, développer et maintenir le firmware embarqué en C / C++, selon les standards qualité et process. Participer à la définition des besoins fonctionnels et techniques avec le Product Owner. Piloter ou co-construire l'architecture logicielle embarquée, en faisant les bons choix techniques pour garantir robustesse et performance. Assurer la qualité du code : revue, analyse statique, détection de vulnérabilités et conformité aux standards cybersécurité. Diagnostiquer et corriger les bugs et anomalies identifiés. Apporter votre expertise technique sur les problématiques clients et collaborer avec les équipes internes, usines et partenaires.5 ans d'expérience minimum en développement firmware ou systèmes embarqués (hors stage/alternance) Solide expérience en lead technique, architecture logicielle et encadrement technique d'équipe. Bonne maîtrise du développement temps réel (RTOS, VxWorks, Linux Kernel) et des environnements contraints. Compétences en contrôle temps réel et produits d'automatisation. Vos compétences techniques Langages : C, C++, (Java ou Python appréciés). Outils : Git, GitLab, Lauterbach, CI/CD. Expertise : analyse de bugs, debug bas niveau, rédaction de specs techniques.
