Vos missions : - Piloter et renforcer les dispositifs de conformité (audits, enquêtes internes, contrôles, reporting) - Assurer la veille réglementaire internationale et accompagner la mise en oeuvre des politiques internes - Conseiller et former les équipes sur les enjeux de conformité / compliance - Participer à des projets transverses et multiculturels - Contribuer à la gestion des risques et à la sécurisation des opérations à l'international - 50% de déplacements à l'étranger sont à prévoir- Formation supérieure (Bac +5 ou plus) en droit pénal ou droit des affaires (avec - idéalement -une spécialisation en compliance) - Expérience confirmée en conformité, audit ou gestion des risques dans un environnement industriel - Maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel : niveau C1 minimum - votre niveau d'anglais (compréhension, expression orale et écrite) sera testé pendant le processus de recrutement - Qualités d'analyse, rigueur, autonomie, force de proposition et aisance relationnelle - Capacité à évoluer dans un contexte international exigeant
