About the Role
The Sales Director will play a pivotal role in driving the companys business growth working closely with the CEO marketing and operations teams. This role suits a resultsoriented leader with extensive experience in enterprise software sales and a strong professional network. Its an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact within a global remote work environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Identify and build relationships with prospective clients in the finance fintech compliance gaming and blockchain sectors.
- Collaborate with the CEO to ensure sales strategies align with the companys overarching goals.
- Partner with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and project delivery.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closure.
- Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Report on sales performance pipeline progress and key metrics to the executive team.
Requirements
- 10 years of sales experience particularly within software engineering or enterprise software services.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets especially in selling software engineering services.
- Strong network and ability to independently sell highvalue software services projects.
- Deep understanding of the software services industry including current market trends and demands.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills with an ability to tailor these to different service offerings.
- Selfdriven with the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting taking the initiative to drive sales.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings conferences and business development.
- Highly proactive goalfocused and driven to succeed in a servicebased sales environment.
About the Person
- Extensive experience in sales specifically in software engineering or tech services.
- 10 years of sales experience particularly in servicebased enterprise software sales.
- Strong leadership qualities selfmotivated excellent communicator and highly goaldriven.
- Ideal for a seasoned sales leader with a robust network and a proven track record in driving revenue growth. Suitable for experienced professionals as well as emerging talents ready for a permanent role
