Je suis Indira, Consultante chez Fed Finance Banque, cabinet entièrement dédié à l'intérim et au recrutement des métiers de la Banque de Détail et des Organismes Financiers, et je recherche pour une Fintech innovante et engagée, une ou un :
Risk Manager H/F
Directement rattaché(e) au dirigeant effectif en charge de la fonction clé « gestion des risques », vous serez chargé de mettre en place et d'animer le dispositif de gestion des risques. Vous veillez au respect de la politique afférente et à son déploiement à tous les niveaux
de l'EME conformément à ses obligations légales, réglementaires ou des normes et usages.
A ce titre, vos missions seront :
- Participer à la conception des référentiels de contrôle interne sur le périmètre de responsabilité ;
- Accompagner les risks owner pour décliner ces référentiels et assurer la mise en place effective des contrôles ;
- Compléter et fiabiliser la cartographie des risques ;
- Assurer l'efficacité du dispositif de contrôle interne, avec le suivi de la mise en œuvre des plans d'actions de maîtrise des risques ;
- Animer une surveillance des risques et participer à la définition du cadre d'appétence ;
- Assurer le reporting aux instances et dirigeants effectifs, contribuer aux reportings réglementaires et prudentiels ;
- Assurer une veille juridique et réglementaire sur les normes et procédures de maîtrise des risques dans le domaine des moyens de paiement et des services bancaires associés ;
- Insuffler et diffuser une culture de maîtrise des risques dans l'entreprise ;
- Sensibiliser, alerter et conseiller les Directions métiers ;
- Informer, alerter la Direction Générale et les organes de gouvernance...
Vous souhaitez intégrer une entreprise dynamique, conviviale avec des projets à mettre en place.
De formation Bac +5 dans le domaine de la Gestion des Risques et/ou du Contrôle Interne, vous avez développé une expérience similaire d'au moins 5 ans dans le secteur bancaire, en Fintech, dans des services de paiement et/ou de la monnaie électronique.
Vous disposez d'une bonne connaissance de la réglementation applicable aux services de paiement et à la monnaie électronique. Vous connaissez les enjeux liés à la mise en œuvre opérationnelle de cette réglementation.
Vous êtes familier avec les exigences impliquées par les environnements réglementés (caractère évolutif de la réglementation, contrôle de l'ACPR, environnements
technologiques…).
Reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre précision et votre bonne capacité de synthèse, vous avez également un excellent relationnel
(aptitude à travailler en équipe, sens du dialogue et du compromis).
Vous avez un très bon niveau de communication et vous maîtrisez l'anglais à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
Vous avez la capacité à établir un diagnostic, à proposer des plans d'actions, à fixer des objectifs et à les partager.
Organisé(e), vous pouvez mettre en œuvre un projet (méthode de travail, processus, outils data, gestion des risques ) et communiquer de façon pédagogique, à l'oral et à l'écrit.
Pour ce poste, mon client propose :
- Une rémunération de 55-58K€ (en fonction du profil) en fixe
- La flexibilité avec du télétravail jusqu'à 2 jours par semaine
- 12 jours de RTT par an
- Une carte déjeuner d'une valeur de 10€ par jour
- Un cadre de travail agréable dans des locaux neufs avec rooftop
- La possibilité d'une place de parking avec une plateforme de réservation en fonction des jours de présence sur site.
