We are seeking a Project Management Office Lead located in Gennevilliers.
Reporting to the Project Office Manager, you will be part of the Operations Division within the Strategic Networks and Infrastructures (RIS) sector.
WHO ARE YOU?
With an engineering background or equivalent, you possess at least 5 years of experience in a PMO role. You have a background in functional management.
Your skills include coordination, a service-oriented mindset, strong interpersonal abilities, and diplomacy.
You are familiar with project management tools such as MSProject, Primavera, PMBI, and GIRO.
You are recognized for your independence, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to synthesize information.
Your proficiency in English is operational.
WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER:
- You will actively contribute to the management of a RIS Project and serve as the coordinator for the project PMOs.
- You will fulfill the PMO role in Cost Management, Structuring, Planning, Risk Assessment, Reporting, and Document Management.
- You will assist in updating decision-making data for project and lot management.
- You will be the guardian of the validity, coherence, and relevance of the project's reference data.
You will be a central player in the project's success through your capabilities in control, analysis, and data alerting.
