Workday HCM: Manager - Permanent - (France) - Hybrid
Help manage HRIS & Workday projects as well as drive the Workday practice.
Sits within the HCM department which forms part of Consulting.
Advise and deliver on all aspects related to Workday, from strategy and implementation to operate and optimisation.
Responsibilities:
• Engaging in both advisory and delivery projects, supporting the full lifecycle
• Working with our clients to develop their overall project strategy
• Leading teams to execute full cycle projects
• Providing advisory services around business transformation, change, adoption etc
• Responsible for new business development, pre-sales and winning new customers
You have a passion for understanding the pain points facing a business and shaping the solution to deliver maximum benefits. You can take complex issues and explain them for a diverse audience.
Experience required:
• Strong experience managing end to end Workday projects on a global scale
• Strong experience managing and leading teams
• Provide guidance on Workday best practices.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
• Workday Certified (Advantageous)
• Have a good understanding of Workday methodologies
• Experience in managing other methodologies such as waterfall and agile
Assets:
• Comfortable talking about technical issues with business people and business issues with technical people.
• Able to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences.
• Ability to craft a compelling message and tailor it for a given audience, combining technical expertise with simple, everyday language to deliver a story.
• Demonstrated business domain and/ or industry knowledge.
• Ability to work well with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team and clients.
• Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of Workday Webservices.
• Good Knowledge of other HR Systems (SAP, Taleo, Oracle, etc.).
