Senior HCM Functional Consultant, Advisory Consulting

About the Role

We are seeking experienced professionals who can help our customers overcome HR technology challenges and drive high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) software and consulting experience on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to understand their business requirements.
  • Share broad experience with industry practices and adapt to challenging situations.
  • Develop and demonstrate system configuration solutions, articulating product capabilities and benefits.
  • Support multiple customers concurrently on short-duration projects.
  • Partner with an Engagement Manager to deliver services including Feature Adoption Workshop, Functional Review, Health Check, and Expert Assist.
About You

We are looking for candidates with:

  • 5+ years of HCM software and consulting experience on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects.
  • Experience with one or more of the following areas: Core HCM, HCM Security, Benefits, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Absence or Time Tracking.
  • Language skills: English and one of the following languages preferred: German, French, Italian or Spanish.
  • Demonstrated grasp of HR-related systems and processes, with ability to gain a detailed understanding of Workday concepts and new feature releases.
  • Certification in Workday HCM Products and ability to effectively deploy solutions.
  • Experience with influencing, interacting, and collaborating with senior leaders, internally and externally.
  • Ability to lead and influence design meetings toward an effective and collaborative outcome.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
