Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain records, reports, and research data
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for meetings
- Track and manage inventory of laboratory supplies and equipment
- Input and update research data in databases and spreadsheets
- Assist in compiling and formatting scientific reports and presentations
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the team
- Handle routine correspondence and inquiries
- Help ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Fluent in both French and English
- Strong communication skills / excellent customer service mindset.
- High energy / proactive.
