Camino Search is thrilled to present a stellar opportunity for a Chief Financial Officer to become part of a dynamic IT Services firm poised for exponential growth in the wake of a significant investment from a Lower-Mid Market Private Equity firm.
We are in search of a visionary candidate who will play a pivotal role in guiding our financial direction, collaborating closely with the CEO and the senior management team to devise and execute pivotal business strategies.
This role is multifaceted and includes:
- Strategic Financial Leadership: Synchronizing financial planning with the company’s goals.
- Investor Relations: Cultivating and maintaining investor and stakeholder partnerships.
- Risk Management: Establishing and enforcing a solid risk management infrastructure.
- Mergers & Acquisitions: Spearheading the M&A process, from thorough due diligence to seamless integration.
- Financial Governance: Guaranteeing precise and punctual financial disclosures.
Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to polish and implement the business plan.
- Oversee all financial facets, including strategic development, investor engagement, risk oversight, and fiscal management.
- Handle global M&A operations, supervise financial evaluations, negotiate agreements, and steer integration processes.
- Set up and track a financial framework focused on essential drivers and indicators.
- Initiate and direct significant financial reform projects to elevate team proficiency, methodologies, and technology.
- Provide key business insights and analyses to support sound decision-making.
- Improve financial performance measures, refine the month-end closing routine, and enhance overall productivity.
- Formulate strategies for proficient cash flow management and the optimization of fiscal resources.
- Demonstrate proactive governance by engaging in daily activities, setting high standards, and fostering a team-oriented environment.
Background
- A solid background in IT Services/Consultancy sectors.
- Expertise in steering private equity-supported enterprises.
