Basé sur 5 sites (Gennevilliers, Cholet, Brive, Laval et Lambersart), HTE développe des éléments de solutions HW et SW pour l'ensemble des produits de la Global Business Unit SIX en France : équipements de radiocommunication, dispositifs de guerre électronique, émetteurs/récepteurs, chiffreurs, etc ..., à la pointe de la technologie en terme de performances, de miniaturisation et de robustesse dans des environnements militaires sévères. Rattaché au Directeur du Centre de Compétences HTE, vous êtes garant de la tenue des engagements de livraison. Vos principales missions consistent à : - Promouvoir dans HTE la culture du Delivery et de la Compétitivité par une maitrise des engagements (planning, coût et qualité) - Animer de manière transverse la discipline Delivery (standards, outils, métriques, compétences, capitalisation, ...) avec une boucle d'amélioration continue - Manager une équipe de Responsables de Lot d'Ingénierie et de Project Management Officers (environ 15 personnes) - Garantir l'application des fondamentaux de management de projets (organisation, équipes intégrées, métriques, finances, risques et opportunités, ...) - Garantir l'application des fondamentaux de l'ingénierie (stratégie de développement et définition de l'environnement associé, maitrise de la configuration, maitrise de la dette technique, ...) - Consolider et reporter l'ensemble des engagements HTE en vous appuyant sur une gestion de risques/opportunités rigoureuse - Assurer la cohérence et le passage des phases offres aux phases projets - Représenter HTE aux instances de management des projets - Décliner la stratégie Make or Buy HTE.
