Ce que tu seras amené.e à faire:
- ** Leadership et Gestion d'Équipes**: diriger et piloter une équipe pluridisciplinaire comprenant des Solutions Architectes, Technicals Leaders Développeurs Front-End, Développeurs Back-End, QA, en promouvant une culture de collaboration et d'innovation.
- ** Delivery Management**: piloter le delivery continu, orchestrer le release management et le demand management pour assurer une livraison efficace.
- ** Architecture**: concevoir une architecture modulaire, composable et évolutive, en utilisant l'approche Domain Driven Design pour une plateforme omnicanale retail moderne
- ** Software Engineering**: promouvoir le craftmanship, implémenter des patterns logiciels modernes (CQRS, event sourcing, etc.), et veiller à l'excellence technologique et à l'automation.
- ** Platform Engineering**: garantir la scalabilité, la fiabilité, la sécurité et l'observabilité de la plateforme.
- ** Quality Engineering**: assurer la qualité à travers des tests UI/UX, d'intégration, de sécurité, et de performance.
- Une riche expérience de 8 ans en tant que Leader Technologique en tant qu’Engineering Manager, Technical Team Leader ou CTO au sein d’un environnement Start Up/Scale Up.
- Ton expérience dans le secteur du e-commerce, notamment des plateformes composables est un atout.
- Ta maîtrise de l’une des stacks technologiques Back-End telle que du Java/Java Spring ou NodeJS ainsi que du Front-End: Angular, VueJS ou React.
- Ta passion pour la conception d’Architecture d’Entreprise modulaire et leurs déclinaisons Technologiques composables.
- Une capacité à travailler en équipe, une forte compétence en résolution de problèmes et un désir de contribuer activement au succès de l'équipe.

- Ta connaissance de l'écosystème Salesforce et notamment Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Mulesoft.
