Notre client est une entreprise américaine du secteur technologique. Environnement dynamique, expansion rapide. En tant que HR Manager EMEA, vous intervenez, pour un périmètre multi-pays, sur les missions suivantes : Gestion RH courante : * Suivi administratif du personnel (contrats, onboarding, offboarding, etc.); * Pilotage des processus RH : mobilité, rémunération, performance, formation; * Veille juridique et conformité aux législations locales (France, UK, Espagne); Relations sociales : * Interface avec les instances représentatives du personnel; * Préparation et animation des réunions sociales; * Gestion des dossiers disciplinaires et des conflits; Accompagnement des managers : * Conseil RH de proximité sur les sujets organisationnels et managériaux; * Support dans le développement des équipes : coaching, gestion des talents; * Déploiement des politiques RH groupe au niveau local; Cette liste de missions n'est pas limitative. * Rémunération attractive et avantages liés au secteur, * Environnement agile, en forte croissance, * Poste stratégique avec une forte autonomie. Diplômé(e) d'une formation supérieure en Ressources Humaines, vous avez minimum 7 ans d'expérience, dans des environnements internationaux et agiles (start-up/scale-up). Maîtrise du droit du travail en France, UK et Espagne. Anglais courant indispensable, espagnol apprécié. Une expérience dans une entreprise américaine du secteur technologique est un plus non négligeable.
