Nous recherchons pour un de nos clients, dans le secteur de la
distribution spécialisée : un(e) HR MANAGER (H/F), dans le cadre
d'un CDI.
**Description du poste**:
Rattaché(e) à la Directrice des Ressources Humaines EMEA, vous devez
être polyvalent dans tous les domaines de la gestion des ressources
humaines.
Vos principales missions seront:
- Gérer et animer les relations avec les Institutions
Représentatives du Personnel ;
- Accompagner les Directions opérationnelles dans la gestion de
leurs équipes dans une logique Business Partner notamment sur la
dimension juridique, disciplinaire, recrutement et développement ;
- Planifier et structurer la formation afin de développer les
compétences des salariés ;
- Gérer l'ensemble des besoins en recrutement en France et être
en soutien sur le recrutement EMEA ;
- Traiter et garantir le suivi des problématiques du droit du
travail, des accords collectifs et contrats de prestations.
**Description du profil**:
De formation supérieure en Ressources Humaines, vous justifiez d'une
expérience d'au moins 4 ans sur un poste équivalent.
La maitrise de l'anglais est requise.
Vous êtes organisé(e), force de proposition, avez un bon relationnel
et une bonne capacité à travailler en équipe.
