Notre client, un acteur de nouvelle génération dans l’assurance intégrée, fournit des solutions d'assurance sur mesure en marque blanche pour les commerçants. Ces solutions sont intégrées dans les parcours de vente, à la fois numériques et physiques, pour aider à augmenter les revenus et renforcer la fidélité des clients. Dans un contexte de forte accélération et de croissance rapide, l'entreprise recherche un Head of People pour accompagner son développement.


Missions :

Acquisition des talents :

  • Développer des stratégies efficaces pour attirer les meilleurs talents et offrir une expérience candidat exceptionnelle.
  • Gérer les relations avec les agences de recrutement et les partenariats avec les écoles.

Développement des collaborateurs :

  • Piloter les initiatives de formation et de développement, et collaborer avec les managers pour définir des parcours de carrière adaptés.
  • Gérer le processus d'évaluation des performances pour encourager la progression des employés.

Culture d'entreprise :

  • Construire et maintenir une culture d'entreprise forte, en adéquation avec les objectifs de croissance et les valeurs de l'entreprise.


Profil recherché

  • Expérience : 8 ans minimum dans le domaine des ressources humaines, avec une expérience significative en acquisition de talents et en management d'équipe. Une expérience dans un environnement à forte croissance est un atout.
  • Langues : Bilingue français/anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
  • Compétences : Excellente communication, fort esprit d'équipe et sens de l'organisation.
  • Mentalité : Passion pour le développement des talents et approche entrepreneuriale. Attention aux détails et capacité à structurer des processus.
