Where will you be in the organization?

The division

You will join Group Procurement division. Our mission is to increase AXA Group competitiveness by optimizing the end-to-end Procurement cycle of external spend (excluding Insurance procurement), while building a high performance and risk-managed supplier based. We have a global and entity Procurement presence with 2 different mandates:

As a Group corporate function, we:

· Leverage our purchasing power through global deals & key supplier relationship management

· Define & share vendor risk framework & outsourcing policies

· Provide and manage global Procurement tools

· Drive responsible Procurement across AXA

· Engage the Procurement community

As a Group Operations (GO) support function, we:

· Optimize the external spend by managing categories and suppliers, and challenging the demand to support AXA GO strategy

· Implement vendor risk framework and policies at AXA GO

· Develop and use local & global Procurement tools

· Develop responsible Procurement at AXA GO

Our division is composed of several departments with respective accountabilities:

· Procurement Partnerships

· Procurement General Expenses & Real Estate

· Procurement IT & Security

· Procurement Cesame

· Procurement Performance

· GO Procurement Performance & Operations

The department / team

The Procurement PM is part of the Procurement Performance team. The Procurement Performance department is responsible for:

· Drive procurement transformation projects

· Define & drive the sustainability strategy for Procurement in AXA

· Define & maintain a secure vendor ecosystem through creating a vendor risk framework and applying focus in selected areas (e.g. outsourcing, new regulatory requirements)

· Drive M&A Procurement practice to secure Procurement activities related to acquisitions and divestitures across the Group

· Provide & manage some global platforms to the Procurement function globally (procurement systems, SAM…)

· Driving data management & data visualization initiatives to increase efficiency, compliance, and to enable data driven decisions.

· Maintain savings tracking methodology and ensure savings are tracked accurately

About the job

Job purpose

Procurement must address some key challenges that are tightly related to AXA’s ambition: Efficiency, Transformation, Risk management or compliance.

The primary mission of the Procurement Data Manager will be to participate in the deployment of procurement data management activities and data decisions as part of the tools transformation roadmap. Part of the job is also to drive data visualization & data quality initiatives to help our stakeholders leverage procurement data.

He/She will work closely with external resources and procurement stakeholders. It will require “influencing” skills and “drive” as continuously interacting with various teams or stakeholders over which he/she has no formal authority in multiple countries.

Main missions

In particular, the Procurement Analytics Expert will be responsible to:

· Participate in the deployment of Data management activities

· Gather and understand the requirements of stakeholders to provide them with data driven solutions.

· Participate in the structuration of Procurement data model, both as-is and to-be, document data dictionary, and participate in various initiatives to improve data quality

· Participate in transformation initiatives as a stakeholder responsible for data decisions

· Participate in Procurement Savings tracking & reporting

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

Experience

· 7+ years professional experience required in similar missions

· Experience in working in an international environment and ability to deal in a multi-cultural environment

Technical skills

· Data management knowledge

· Capability to capture and structure large quantities of complex information, to focus on the relevant elements and to translate abstract content into action

· Ability to think strategically and challenge the status quo to tackle complex issues involving technical, business, and human aspects

· Knowledge of procurement practices, Coupa & Salesforce application

· Nice to have : Experience with Python, PowerBI, data analytics in general

Soft skills / transversal skills

· Proactivity, autonomy, organizational skills and rigor in execution

· Action/result oriented

· Communications skills and ability to engage and convince all stakeholders seniority levels

· Good ability to listen and flexibility is a prerequisite as the scope of work can vary depending on demand and priorities

· English in speaking and writing is mandatory

· Can think breakthrough to challenge ‘old’ way of doing things and define key transformation topics
