TravelTech innovante connectant les voyageurs avec des experts locaux pour des expériences uniques. Nous cherchons un Lead/Head of Product Designer BTOC passionné pour améliorer notre expérience utilisateur.
Vos missions :
1️⃣ Co-construire la vision, la stratégie et la performance du domaine B2C.
2️⃣ Créer des produits appréciés par les utilisateurs, en valorisant la singularité de l'entreprise.
3️⃣ Développer l'équipe design B2C et promouvoir une culture axée sur l'utilisateur.
Votre profil :
- Expérience solide en design de produits BtoC
- Vision stratégique, aptitude à la collaboration pluridisciplinaire
- Un attrait particulier pour l'UI
* Leadership, capacité à inspirer et à développer les membres de l'équipe (4 PrD mid/senior)
- Connaissance approfondie des tendances du marché
- Goût du challenge
- Capacité à créer des expériences mémorables et à mesurer leur impact
- Maîtrise de l'anglais pour mener des entretiens utilisateurs
