Poste : Le Project Management Office Transformation (H/F) planifie et supervise toutes les activités opérationnelles pour le Directeur de la Transformation (relevant du PDG et membre du Comex), en se concentrant sur les programmes de changement existants et les programmes à venir.
Cela implique de soutenir la mise en oeuvre / réalisation des projets stratégiques et informatiques, d'organiser et de hiérarchiser les problématiques cruciales pour faciliter une prise de décision efficace, et de mobiliser les parties prenantes impliquées afin d'assurer une coordination solide.

Responsabilités clés :

- Gérer des projets stratégiques définis par le Directeur de la Transformation
- Assurer la mise en oeuvre de l'infrastructure de gouvernance
- Communiquer avec les parties prenantes et les sensibiliser à la nouvelle structure de gouvernance
- Garantir la conformité des processus de la part de toutes les parties prenantes
- Mener les projets stratégiques en étant responsable et coordonner les documents pour toutes les steerco meetings
- Faire le suivi auprès des responsables des actions pour assurer la mise en oeuvre des directives exécutives
- Soutenir les sessions de stratégie, de budgétisation et de planification, les ateliers et les événements hors site si nécessaire
- Rédiger des communications internes liées aux programmes de changement
- Gérer des tableaux de bord de niveau exécutif
- Servir de point de contact entre la haute direction et les autres parties prenantes
- Aider à " opérationnaliser " les objectifs majeurs pour soutenir les objectifs fonctionnels généraux
- Agir en tant que conseiller auprès du Directeur de la Transformation Gestion du personnel de soutien exécutif.

Profil : Vous justifiez de 3 ans minimum d'expérience en cabinet de conseil en stratégie ou sur un poste de PMO.

Vous avez les compétences suivants :
- Capacité à acquérir rapidement une connaissance approfondie des opérations et des finances de toutes les unités opérationnelles et fonctions.
- Capacité à gagner rapidement la confiance et le soutien des parties prenantes clés de l'organisation, y compris les membres de l'équipe de direction.
- Capacité à hiérarchiser et gérer plusieurs projets, à travailler de manière indépendante au besoin et à respecter des délais stricts.
- Capacité à influencer et interagir avec des collègues à tous les niveaux.
- Expérience dans la gestion de questions confidentielles et critiques pour l'entreprise.
- Compétences quantitatives et expérience dans la création de présentations commerciales convaincantes seront essentielles.
- Disposition à répondre aux demandes et projets ponctuels.

Rémunération : 80-100 k¤ selon profil
