Junior Project Manager - CDI (H/F)

Description du poste

Tes missions :

Rattaché(e) directement au Directeur de la business unit et au coeur d’une équipe dynamique, tu seras impliqué(e) sur des projets transverses, stimulants et stratégiques

Tu seras en charge des missions suivantes :

  • Identifier les initiatives stratégiques et proposer des idées d’optimisation pour encourager la croissance du département et la performance globale de l’entreprise ;

  • Améliorer les analyses et les rapports afin de faciliter la prise de décision pour notre Direction ;

  • Détecter les dysfonctionnements et mettre en œuvre des mesures correctives pour atteindre les objectifs fixés ;

  • Collaborer étroitement avec ton manager pour élaborer des plans d’actions pertinents, et coordonner les différentes équipes pour optimiser notre ambitieux plan de croissance ;

  • Piloter et animer les principaux KPIs de l'activité en ayant toujours pour objectif l’animation de notre performance commerciale et la satisfaction client ;

  • Etre en lien avec nos homologues européens pour le partage des best practices et leur implémentation en local ;

Qualifications

Ton profil :

  • Tu es idéalement issu(e) d’une formation en école d’ingénieur ou de commerce,

  • Tu es à l’aise avec les chiffres et la data de manière générale,

  • Tu maîtrises les outils de reporting dont Excel et Powerpoint,

  • Tu es rigoureux, curieux et organisé,

  • Tu as envie d’avoir un impact et tu es prêt à relever de nouveaux challenges (excitants),

  • Tu as un bon niveau d’anglais qui te permet d’échanger facilement avec nos homologues européens.
