Context

The Onboarding Specialist apprentice is in charge of managing new suppliers' access to our platform and solutions, and supporting them in using Trace One solutions.

Manage industrial customer relations on a day-to-day basis:

  • Handle customer membership files in a qualitative way with the highest level of service (creation of accounts and users in the customer database, follow-up of file creation procedures, etc.);
  • Manage customer complaints and coordinate with other teams to anticipate and resolve problems and deliver the best possible service;
  • Ensure the reliability and completeness of information entered in Trace One databases (back-office, CRM...);


Missions

  • Based on contracts signed with retailers, manage supplier onboarding according to negotiated conditions, whether in the project or ongoing phase;
  • Manage the onboarding portfolio in the CRM;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Report information and escalate problems if necessary;
