Poste : LHH Recruitment Solutions, cabinet de conseil en recrutement pour cadres et dirigeant.e.s, recherche pour son client, acteur de référence dans l'industrie automobile, un.e Purchasing project manager H/F.

Les principales missions seront ainsi les suivantes :

• Représenter les achats et contribuer activement à l'équipe projet ;
• Cadrer les volumes et les budgets avec les parties prenantes (ingénierie, planification
des produits, estimation des coûts, production, supply chain…) ;
• Communiquer aux parties prenantes la liste des références à approvisionner, le budget et les jalons ;
• Obtenir la validation des plans d'approvisionnement ;
• Coordonner les parties prenantes pour atteindre la performance attendue en matière de qualité /
coût / livraison (QCDP) tout au long du projet (planification de l'approvisionnement au
début de la production, y compris les exigences après-vente) ;
• Coordonner la performance de développement (prix des pièces / outillage fournisseur
/ ticket d'entrée fournisseur) tout au long de la phase de développement pour
respecter les jalons et atteindre le meilleur prix au début de la production ;
• Suivre, relancer et demander un plan d'action pour atteindre la conformité des coûts
cibles.

Activité d'approvisionnement :

• Confirmer les données d'entrée pour le plan d'approvisionnement avec les autres départements : volume, budget, lignes directrices logistiques, nomenclature…
• Élaborer le plan d'approvisionnement en lien avec les leaders des équipes ;
• Conduire les réunions de pré-consultation ;
• Planifier et organiser le comité d'approvisionnement en cohérence avec la délégation des autorités.

Activité de développement :

• Gérer le prix des pièces au début de la production pendant les activités de développement et soutenir les acheteurs dans la négociation des demandes de changement de conception avec les fournisseurs ;
• Assurer la disponibilité/visibilité du budget des dépenses d'investissement (CAPEX) et valider les commandes (outillage fournisseur (V/T); ticket d'entrée fournisseur (SET) ;
• Suivre les coûts récurrents et la performance en matière de qualité / coût / livraison (QCDP) ;
• Gérer les engagements de qualité pour les achats et les jalons du projet.
Profil : Issu(e) d’une formation supérieure de niveau Bac +5 obtenue au sein d’une école d’ingénieur ou de commerce le profil recherché devra justifier d’une expérience confirmée d’au moins 5 années dans des fonctions achats et avec une expérience dans les achats projets.

Le profil visé devra disposer d’une connaissance des achats au sein d’un constructeur ou équipementier automobile durant lequel il a pu intervenir sur les aspects de cadrage, ordonnancement/coordination et suivi projet.

Rigoureux, structuré et analytique, le profil ciblé devra démontrer, des facultés de communication avec les différentes parties prenantes, d’être fédérateur au sein de la communauté des acheteurs avec lesquels il sera amené à exercer ses fonctions et de faire le lien avec les équipes techniques.

La maîtrise de l’anglais est requise.
