SKYLOTEC is one of the leading manufacturers of personal fall protection equipment, rope access systems and safety systems for work, public authorities and leisure. We currently employ around 900 people worldwide and have our own production facilities in Germany, Hungary, Italy, Romania, Slovenia and Sweden as well as branches all over the world.
We have been active on the French market for over 10 years. It is now time to further expand our business in France and take it to the next level together. As soon as possible, we are looking for you. Our current office is in Vétraz-Monthoux, we can also imagine the role in the greater Paris or Lyon area. In general we are flexible about the location depending on the right person to fill the position.
Managing Director (m/f/d) – SKYLOTEC France
Your responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Lead, inspire and develop a team across sales, service, and training functions.
- Identify staffing needs and recruit talented individuals to join our team and ensure a great onboarding process into our company & culture.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and ensure high customer satisfaction by ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and products.
- Drive change processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness by implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
- Prepare, monitor, and submit monthly and annual financial reportings.
- Align local operations with global strategic objectives and adapt strategies to market dynamics.
Your qualifications:
- Academic degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven leadership experience preferably in either sales, service, or training sectors, ideally within the fall protection industry.
- Strong business development, financial acumen, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication abilities in French and English to inspire and motivate the team to their highest potential.
- An innovative mindset to lead change processes with a strong problem-solving approach.
- Familiarity with industry standards and local regulatory requirements.
