The Company:


Syfadis and Bealink, French software publishers, provide a comprehensive and integrated suite of solutions for corporate training management.


With a globally recognized Learning Experience Platform (LXP), a Learning Management System (LMS) to organize and deliver training, a Training Management System (TMS) to effectively manage training plans, and a Learning Record Store (LRS) to capture and analyze learning data, they support companies in deploying ambitious training strategies perfectly aligned with their business objectives. All of this is accompanied by personalized support to ensure the success of every project.


To support our growth and strengthen our strategic position, we are seeking our future Head of Partnership Development FR & International.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the partnership development strategy in line with the company's vision and business objectives.
  • Identify and prospect potential new partners (integrators, resellers, pedagogical partners, content providers, etc.) to enrich our ecosystem.
  • Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements, including defining commercial and contractual conditions, ensuring rigorous follow-up on implementation and mutual commitments.
  • Support and engage the existing partner network to maximize their commitment, provide ongoing support, organize training sessions and events to foster mutual growth.
  • Coordinate co-marketing and co-development projects to promote our solutions, strengthen market visibility, and explore new growth opportunities.
  • Ensure effective knowledge transfer by collaborating with internal teams to develop tools, guides, and training materials for partners.
  • Supervise the technological integration of solutions with partners by working closely with the technical team to ensure compatibility and interoperability.
  • Analyze partnership performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), produce regular reports, and adjust strategies to improve results.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and events to develop the network and identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and partnership benchmarking to adjust strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.


Profile Sought:

  • Proven experience in partnership development and management within the educational technology or software solutions domain.
  • In-depth knowledge of LMS/TMS/LRS/LXP solutions and the EdTech ecosystem.
  • Excellent commercial, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build trust-based relationships.
  • Ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally with different teams in a high-growth environment.
  • Professional proficiency in English is essential for international development.
  • Strategic and proactive mindset, with a strong inclination for innovation and solution-finding.
  • Charismatic personality with the potential to quickly evolve into a managerial role to expand the partnerships team.
