Nous recherchons pour notre client, un laboratoire spécialisé dans la gestion des projets d'essai cliniques, de l'approvisionnement à l'analyse scientifique un QA manager clinical research.
Enjeux de la fonction :
- Le QA manager clinical research joue un rôle central dans la garantie de la qualité, de la conformité et de la sécurité des essais cliniques.
- Il doit veiller à ce que les processus respectent les exigences règlementaires GCP (bonnes pratiques cliniques), le RGPD (Règlement Général sur la Protection des Données) et le GAMP5 (Good Automated Manufacturing Practice).
- Le QA manager contribue à la fiabilité des données, à la protection des droits des patients et à la confiance des parties prenantes.
Périmètre : qualité opérationnelle des activités de recherche clinique.
- Assurer la mise en place, le suivi et le développement de la politique qualité définie par le management dans le respect du cadre règlementaire visé. Personne-ressource pour aider à définir les axes et actions d'amélioration.
- Superviser le suivi du système de management de la qualité (SMQ) pour les activités de recherche clinique et optimiser les processus.
- Assurer la veille règlementaire/ étude d'impact.
- Planifier, réaliser et rédiger les rapports d'audits internes et fournisseurs et suivre l'implémentation et des CAPAs pour garantir la conformité des activités et de la documentation avec les exigences règlementaires.
- Planifier et gérer les audits clients et inspections par les autorités règlementaires.
- Répondre aux questionnaires de qualification des clients.
- Collaborer avec les équipes opérationnelles pour garantir la qualité des activités, des données et des services.
- Analyser/gérer les risques identifiés dans le cadre des activités de recherche clinique.
- Assurer la formation et la sensibilisation du personnel aux exigences de qualité et règlementaire (QMS, BPC, RGPD…).
- Surveiller et mesurer les performances avec les indicateurs.
- Surveiller la satisfaction client et autres parties prenantes.
- Reporter et communiquer les résultats des indicateurs/ revue de direction sur les activités de recherche clinique.
Profil recherché
- Bac +5 en Sciences de la santé/ Sciences de la vie/ pharmacie/ Qualité/ ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Expérience significative (au moins 4 années) en tant que QA manager ou dans un poste similaire en recherche clinique.
- Connaissance approfondie des normes GCP, du RGPD et du GAMP5.
- Capacité à gérer des audits internes et externes en anglais.
- Anglais niveau B2.
- Allemand est un plus.
