Adsearch recherche pour son partenaire, une banque étrangère basée à Paris, son nouveau Senior Relationship Manager H/F en CDI.

En tant que Senior Relationship Manager H/F, vos missions sont :
 

  • Identifier, développer et gérer un portefeuille de grandes entreprises et de moyennes entreprises européennes, tout en trouvant des opportunités de financement et d'émission de garanties pour atteindre les objectifs financiers.
  • Agir en tant que principal point de contact pour ces clients au sein de l'organisation et les accompagner dans leur expansion, notamment au Moyen-Orient.
  • Analyser les activités des clients et proposer des transactions adaptées à leurs besoins, en accord avec les objectifs et les politiques de risque et de conformité de l'organisation.
  • Diriger l'équipe chargée de l'exécution des transactions, depuis les discussions initiales jusqu'à la clôture, en incluant la présentation aux comités de crédit concernés. Encadrer et former les membres plus juniors de l'équipe.
  • Assurer le suivi des transactions du portefeuille tout au long de leur durée de vie. Surveiller la situation financière des clients, effectuer un suivi régulier pour maintenir la qualité du portefeuille et minimiser les risques financiers.

Vous avez 8 ans d'expérience professionnelle minimum au sein d'une grande banque internationale dans un département Corporate Banking, Corerage ou Syndication. 

Vous avez une expérience réussie de gestion de portefeuille clients en tant que Relationship Manager sur une clientèle grandes entreprises françaises ou européennes. 

Vous avez un anglais courant.
