Simaero est un groupe international spécialisé dans la formation de pilotes de ligne, l’exploitation et la maintenance de simulateurs de vol.

L’entreprise propose ses services à plus de 220 clients dans plus de 80 pays grâce à un réseau de plus 30 simulateurs de vol répartis dans quatre centres de formation : Paris et Dinard (France), Johannesburg (Afrique du Sud), Zhengzhou (Chine).


Simaero possède sa propre académie de formation (ATO) certifiée par plus de 45 autorités de référence dont l’EASA en Europe et la SACAA en Afrique du Sud, qui couvre une gamme complète de formations sur flotte Airbus, Boeing, ATR entre autres.

Rattaché Directeur général de la Business Unit France, et avec un reporting fonctionnel au Head of Training Group, le Training Manager a pour mission de gérer le département Training BU France.


Le Training Manager manage l’équipe ATO d'une part les Post Holders règlementaires : CTKI, CFI, Head of Training TBM, qui ont par ailleurs un reporting règlementaire au Head of Training Group et par ailleurs les équipes administratives. Il assure le bon fonctionnement avec les autres départements : AdV, commercial, QHSE, finance, ressources humaines, etc. Les CTKI, CFI, Head of Training TBM ont la possibilité d’accéder directement au Head of Training en cas de besoin.


  • Gérer le département et assurer son fonctionnement en conformité avec la règlementation et les règles internes définies par le Head of Training
  • Fluidifier et optimiser les politiques, les processus existants à l’élaboration et au maintien efficaces de la conception et l’évaluation des programmes de formation, afin d’augmenter la capacité opérationnelle
  • Diminuer et limiter les erreurs
  • Moderniser, digitaliser en priorité les outils liés à la documentation afin d’augmenter l’efficacité de traitement des dossiers
  • Suivre des budgets ATO BU France
  • Garantir le bon usage de Simorg en lien avec les autres départements
  • Garantir de la qualité de la mise en place de formation (ATO, WET, etc.) depuis la prise en main d’un dossier, à l’élaboration du programme sur mesure jusqu’à sa mise en place réussite.
  • Participer à l’identification des anomalies réglementaires.
  • Assurer le suivi des actions correctives en liaison avec le Simorg
  • Participer à l’évolution de outils de formation (technologie, contenu)
  • Participer au développement commercial de l’activité ATO
  • Suivi des prestations délivrées par les fournisseurs
  • Préparation et conduite des différents audits (Autorités et clients)
  • Suivi des DACP


Compétences souhaitées


  • Issue d’une formation d’ingénieur en aéronautique ou informatique
  • Une expérience significative ou un vif intérêt pour le domaine de l’aviation
  • Une expérience confirmée dans le domaine de la formation
  • Vous justifiez de plus de 5-10 années d’expérience dans la gestion d'équipes
  • Détention d’une qualification pilote / instructeur est un grand plus
  • Connaissance en conduite/gestion de projet
  • Connaissance des nouvelles technologies et outils informatiques
  • Maitrise parfaite de l’anglais (oral et écrit) - C1 minimum
