Nous ouvrons un poste pour un(e) Directeur(-rice) Artistique, pour rejoindre notre équipe.


Vous ferez partie d’une équipe qui répond principalement aux missions suivantes :

  • Accompagnement stratégique
  • Création et Design
  • Production de contenus


LE TRAVAIL AU QUOTIDIEN :


  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de Directeurs Artistiques pour proposer des idées créatives et des concepts répondant aux briefs du client
  • Améliorer votre connaissance des marchés et business ciblés par les supports de communications
  • Présenter les idées à l’interne avec le directeur de création et le directeur de clientèle pour préparer les présentations client
  • Préparer maquettes et storyboards en vue de présenter vos idées
  • Présenter les idées et concepts au client
  • Briefer les autres membres de l’équipe créative pour la production, et suivre les dossiers avec eux


LE PROFIL IDEAL DU CANDIDAT :

  • Vous savez et aimez collaborer, êtes apporteur de solutions, et savez travailler avec des équipes aux compétences variées.
  • Vous vous épanouissez dans un environnement en perpétuel mouvement.
  • Vous êtes autonome, savez prioriser et gérer les délais.
  • Vous êtes calme et pensez collectif.
  • Vous savez écouter de manière active, en demandant des éclaircissements quand nécessaire.
  • Vous cherchez à aller au-delà des briefs, répondant aux livrables demandés, mais surtout aux objectifs.
  • Vous avez l’habitude d’être en lien direct avec le client et savez construire une relation de confiance.
  • Vous êtes polyvalent et savez travailler autant sur des problématiques d’édition, de newsletters, de storyboard / vidéos, etc.
  • Vous participez à tous les stades du projets, du brainstoming stratégique, à l’exécution créative.
  • Vous savez comment mettre en valeur et presenter votre travail.
  • Vous savez réfléchir de manière créative, et présenter / justifier vos concepts aux clients et à votre équipe.

CE QUI EST NECESSAIRE :


  • Vous avez un portfolio remarquable, preuve de votre expérience sur une gamme de problématiques et secteurs variés.
  • Vous faites preuve d’une grande créativité, et savez la mettre au service des différents types de supports à créer (édition, print, digital…)
  • Vous maitrisez la Creative Suite de Adobe.
  • Vous parlez Français et Anglais (courrant)



Ce qui n’est pas necessaire, mais sera un avantage certain :

  • De l’expérience en communication et marketing sur des problématiques en BtoB et Corporate.
  • Une expérence multi-sectorielle.
  • Le client et l’agence ayant une dimension internationale, la maitrise de l’anglais sera un avantage certain.
