About The Role
We are hiring a Junior Financial Analyst to join our global European Finance Team, the group headquarters is located in Levallois-Perret and focuses on sales and service for the regional market. We are looking for a business partner that takes an active part in shaping the future of Alliance Automotive in this dynamic and international environment (US & Europe)
What You´ll Be Doing
- Continual development of the Group's reporting structure as part of financial transformation projects;
- Ensure monthly performance reviews considering Group and local initiatives and communicate to Group Management and Shareholders;
- Contribute to the successful integration of acquisitions (Implementation of Group processes and performance tracking);
- Acting as a true business partner for all Europeean subsidiaries;
- Innovate and propose new analysis/processes and communicate to the European Finance Departments.
- Oversee risk management activities carried out at local level, through periodic contacts with the regional Risk Managers.
What You´ll Need
- BA or Master of Business Administration or an equivalent with 3 years of experience in a finance position.
- Advanced English writing and speaking skills are required.
- Flexible, open minded, able to drive change and handle tight deadlines.
- High degree of personal integrity and a trustworthy partner to the business.
- Agile, with a critical mind and the ability to step back and make sense of your analyses, you are attracted by a changing environment and a constant desire to improve what already exists. Strong MS Excel skills is a must (knowledge of Onestream would be a plus)
- To be able to structure and take initiative. Possess excellent interpersonal skills and able to form connections within an international organization by building trustful relationships of with all key stakeholders.
