Role Description: Account Manager (Fully Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be the key liaison between Maple and our valued clients, ensuring their success by managing relationships, maintaining accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with internal teams to drive growth and operational efficiency, acting as a trusted advisor to our clients and a champion of our innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:


• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and aligning our solutions to meet their goals.


• Account Management: Oversee day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.


• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your deep understanding of the retail and hospitality sectors.


• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, sales, product, and operations, to ensure seamless implementation and continuous improvement of our solutions.


• Operational Optimization: Help clients optimize their operations by demonstrating how Maple's integrated platform can drive efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profit margins.

Qualifications:


• Proven experience in sales or account management, with a track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.


• Strong strategic thinking and business development skills, particularly within the retail and hospitality industries.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced remote team environment.


• Fluency in English and German is required; proficiency in Dutch and French is a strong advantage.


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.


• A passion for technology and innovation, with a keen interest in AI-driven operational solutions.
