Operationnal Buyer

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the procurement and logistics workstream for the upcoming AGORA SAP migration project. This role is critical to ensure a smooth transition from the existing SAP system to AGORA, while maintaining operational continuity. Missions: - Identify different phases of project and define activities related to such phases - Analyze and compare existing SAP modules with AGORA to identify gaps and propose solutions according to practical requirement of business - Lead data cleansing activities and ensure data integrity for migration. - Act as the primary liaison between the AGORA project team and Procurement & Logistics. - Participate in all project-related meetings, workshops, and solution validation sessions. - Coordinate with key users and data stewards, providing regular updates and summaries of project progress. - Prepare concise reports and meeting summaries for stakeholders. - Support operational procurement activities when required. - Ensure compliance with internal processes and project timelines. - Ensure the management of procurement processes for goods or services for all projects entrusted to the GTA department, from delivery through to the completion of the company's contractual obligations. - Oversee the placement of orders in compliance with current purchasing rules (including signature, validation, and association of supporting documents, SOD and P2P) and the specific requirements of each project. - Organize the consolidation of goods and packaging, as well as the availability of equipment according to shipping plans and in coordination with logistics officers (packing lists, markings, etc.); ensure compliance with associated delivery deadlines. - Monitor procurement, delivery timelines, supplier payments, budget, and costs related to each assigned project, alert project teams in case of deviations- Proven experience in SAP migration projects (end-to-end involvement preferred). - Strong knowledge of SAP and familiarity with multiple modules (MM, SD, etc.). - Understanding of procurement and logistics processes. - Ability to manage data cleansing and validation tasks. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications & Skills - Experience with AGORA or similar next-generation SAP systems in a multinational environment. - Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus. - Proactive, detail-oriented and ability to summarize complex topics for non-technical audiences. - Strong stakeholder management.
