Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Expert(e) Réseau et Sécurité sur notre site Nexans de Lyon (69007). Vous ferez partie du Global IT Infrastructure Center of Excellence (IT Infra CoE), qui est en charge de la gestion globale des opérations, de la production, des projets et de la stratégie pour l'infrastructure informatique. Vous arrivez dans un contexte de transformation très visible Programme nécessitant une forte capacité d'adaptation et d'aptitude au changement

CONTEXTE

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un talent possédant de solides compétences techniques permettant de déployer et soutenir le réseau et le paysage de sécurité de Nexans (pare-feu, WAF...). Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec d'autres équipes afin de maintenir les solutions disponibles pour aider nos Business Groups à réaliser notre transformation numérique axée sur le service. Vous devrez démontrer de fortes compétences techniques et une expérience de la gestion de projets parallèles, avec un contrôle total du périmètre géré (technique, inventaire, bonnes pratiques, gestion de l'obsolescence...).

DOMAINES DE RESPONSABILITE
  • Mise en œuvre technique de changements standard, complexes et urgents
  • Qualification des demandes / études d'impact Conception de haut niveau et document opérationnel
  • Intégration des Changements dans l'outil de billetterie
  • Planification des changements (chronogrammes de mise en œuvre)
  • Participation aux réunions du Comité consultatif sur le changement (CCC)
  • Mise en œuvre des changements apportés aux heures d'ouverture et aux heures non professionnelles
  • Mise à jour des documents de référence technique et des bases de données associées (schémas, procédures opérationnelles, CMDB, etc.)
  • Contribution aux processus et flux de travail de sécurité (p. ex., règles du pare-feu)
  • Traitement des tâches de production de routine (contrôles réguliers, inventaire, suivi, sauvegarde, maintenance...)
  • Gestion des incidents et des crises
  • Résolution d'incidents complexes ou hautement prioritaires (soutien N3)
  • Rédaction de rapports d'incident et analyse des causes fondamentales
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec des tiers (internes et fournisseurs)
  • Contribution à la définition de solutions durables - techniques et RSE (Corporate & Social Responsibility)
  • S'assurer que la base de données de gestion des configurations (BDGC) est à jour

VOTRE PROFIL

Vous avez plus de 5 ans d'expérience au niveau international et multi-sites et avez acquis une culture en lien avec ces environnements : ouverture d'esprit, volonté d'apprendre et pratique courante de l'anglais. Vous possédez des connaissances en sur Fortinet, Cisco et en codage et automatisation Réseau Vous souhaitez intégrer une équipe dynamique et partagez nos valeurs : Pioneers, Dedicated, United.
